My qualifications

Holistic Massage diploma (MTI level 4)
Fertility Massage (Abdominal massage for women only)
Pregnancy (1st trimester to postpartum)
Hot Stone Fusion (Heaven - say no more!)
BTEC level 6 in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage

What does this mean for you?

I use an array of massage and stretching techniques including: Amma Fusion, Deep Tissue, Sport Massage Techniques and Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, Soft Tissue Release (STR), Myofascial Release (MFR), Acupressure and Hot and Cold therapy ( hot/cold stones)

I’m an active mother of 2 so understand busy schedules as well as the aches and pains that come with motherhood. I’ve got a husband who’s cycling crazy and therefore can appreciate first-hand the commitment that comes with training. I’m also surrounded by people with chronic illnesses that find little relief through modern medicine and who motivate me to improve quality of life of others.
